WIN THE INTERVIEW AND PUT YOURSELF IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT !!! 

I've learned to coach applicants to "WIN" the interview and get the job offer. If you decide you want the job you can accept it. If you decide against it I will politely tell an employer no thank you. I've had many applicants throughout the years not interview well for a variety of reasons. They didn't like the initial "look" of the business or the interviewer but then later have a change of heart and really wanted that job. The result was that they didn't interview well and didn't get the offer. So put out the effort, show your best side and keep all options open. 

 

INTERVIEW TIPS:

Dress up for an interview, take your resume, be well dressed & groomed and stay positive. Think about former jobs

 you liked and the successes you've had and take that into the interview. Do not talk negatively about any employer or past job. No matter how true a "wrong" committed against you in a former job is, it just doesn't fly well in an interview and hurts your chance to get the offer. You may feel medium about a job offer and then two weeks later really want it. I've seen it happen time and again and I want to help my applicants be in the Driver's Seat.
