Dealership Office Manager Experience Required
As an Office Manager you will be a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Department Managers.
You will oversee the office staff and cashiers.
Ensuring financial processes are in place is a major responsibility as well as understanding manufacturer Excellence Objectives working with the GM to ensure achievement.
Maximizing benefits from manufacturer incentive programs is another important duty.
Responsibility for accurate dealership financials with regular reviews of income statement, GL activity, schedules and balance sheet accounts is the main emphasis of this position.
