Dealership Contract Admin Experience Required
Here is a new opening with a dealership that has just acquired two more stores.
They are promoting their Contract Admin person to Assistant Office Manager.
The Assistant Office Manager will start with training you on the foundation of how they do deals, get them funded and book them.
Once you have that down you will train on other duties including:
– Insurance submissions
– Aftermarket cancellations
– Reserve statement
– Factory holdback
– Stock in new & used
– Plus more
This Controller believes in the Office staff trained on most duties in the office so they have an understanding of the overall picture.
That allows you to trouble shoot easier and it’s good for your career future.
