Heidi made me feel as though I was the only applicant she was working with. It felt as though I was very important to her. She really listened to not only what kind of a job I was looking for but what kind of a company I wanted to work for. Heidi only called me with those types of openings and not others I wasn’t interested in.

Hi Heidi!!. I Wanted to give you an update on how I’m doing here. 5 years last Thursday and I still love it! Everyone here appreciates me and that’s a good feeling. I wanted to let you know that this is a perfect fit for me. About a month and a half ago, I saved a customer over $1000 by realizing that their repair was actually warrantable. The woman was so happy that she was hugging me and crying, telling me that she had been having a meltdown in her car trying to figure out how she was going to pay for it. She sent me a $50 Dutch Brothers card as a thank you. This morning I walk in and there is a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers on my desk with a thank you card from my Dealer Principal for something I did on Saturday. I tell you this stuff because they are accomplishments for you as well because you were the one who told my Service Manager that “Hey, I have this perfect person for you to interview.”

My dealership recently sold and I was let go and so was my husband who was a Tech. I contacted Heidi and she went to work for me. She got my husband a new job within a week and me after about 3 weeks.

I’m absolutely happy in my new job and happy with the job Heidi did for us. I tell anyone who is looking for a new automotive job to contact Heidi. I am now a walking business card for her.
