Prior New Car Dealership Sales Service Experience Required
Job Insights
- Sell new medium and heavy-duty trucks to local companies.
- Perform outbound phone calls to local companies to establish their fleet needs including service offerings with appropriate follow through i.e.: text, email, in person, or phone
- Meet annual individual KPI’s and targets: net sales revenue and volume
- Visit local companies weekly/monthly
- New business development through collaboration with other local company leads to identify campaign opportunities
- Build service opportunities for local company vehicle fleets
- Provide follow up and ongoing service to existing customers
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries
- Strong ability to collaborate with our team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Participate in manufacturers and the dealership’s training programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior automotive fleet sales or automotive sales
- Manufacturer experience preferred
- The ability to verbalize all features and benefits of vehicle models
- A high level of motivation for customer satisfaction and team building – all with a customer focused attitude
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail
