- Our Employer is looking for a Tech with good Diagnosis Experience to Serve as the Shop Foreman.
- A Talented Technician to be a Leader for the other Techs
- The Shop has 1 Service Advisor, 3 Techs, 6 Hoists & 1 Flat Stall in Two Buildings
- There are two Buildings, one 4,000 Square Feet that is the Main Shop that is away from Customers.
- The other building is 1,600 Square Feet where the Advisor and Owners Office is Located
- The Owner was a Tech for Many Years and will still Work on Vehicles When Needed
- In Search of Someone who is Coachable if they don’t have Years of Experience
- The Business works on all Makes and Models with a lot of the business being Domestics but Import too
- Ownership Cares more about Quality of Work versus Quick in and Out Quantity
- There is a Good Team of Long Term People with Work Hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Health Benefit Package with 50% Paid by Employer, 401k w/ 3% Match & Two Weeks Paid Vacation & Holidays
- Flexible with PTO for those in Need of Flexibility
